Individual Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process where I work one-on-one with you to help identify and achieve your personal or professional goals.
The process typically begins with an initial conversation to uncover your aspirations, challenges, and desired outcomes. Through a series of 6-12 sessions we will explore thoughts, limiting beliefs, and patterns that may be holding you back from achieving your best outcome.
